We the undersigned ask you to sign our petition, requiring the UK Premier League to accept Nottingham Forest as new members in place of ... er ... Chelsea FC. All financial and contractual assets owned by Chelsea FC should be immediately transferred to Nottingham Forest FC and all points accrued so far by Chelsea in the 2009-10 should be reallocated to Nottingham Forest. And that the transfer ban should be lifted at this point.
